Nearly to Newlywed: Wedding Update

I realize that I haven’t really written a lot of posts about my wedding, so today I’m going to give you a rundown of where my planning lies.  This is supposed to be a blog about my becoming a newlywed, after all!

After getting engaged last May, I feel like I haven’t spent too much time planning… but maybe because I actually enjoy looking at photos on Pinterest for inspiration.  Now I have roughly 4 months to get everything pulled together and I’m really, really excited to dig in!

There’s a longer list than what I’ve given here, but I started getting a little stressed as it grew so we’ll stop there!  Can you think of anything that I’m desperately missing?!  I better get started on some of these… good thing my Vegas trip is behind me and I’ve got nothing but free weekends ahead to plan, plan, plan!  Plus, it’s freezing here so it’s not like I’ll be enjoying good, warm weather anytime soon!

I hope you all had a great weekend!  I’m off to do some wedding research.  Catch some new posts this week – we’ll be around! 🙂

Xo,

Cammi

  1. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective.
A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and appearance. I must say you’ve done a amazing job with this.
Additionally, the blog loads super fast for me on Firefox.
    Exceptional Blog!

  2. You’re doing a mini-moon too? So funny! I just did a TON of research about mini-moon locations because there are so many places you really shouldn’t go in August because of hurricanes… so stay tuned! Are you planning a bigger trip later on? We are… GREECE!

    • We are planning on taking a bigger trip later – just not sure when! I’m thinking like January sometime. Location is TBD since we don’t have a definite date set, but I’d love a nice, secluded beach with some pretty turquoise water and a daiquiri!
